Artists put cow on 10 storey building

A cow is living on top of a ten storey building in Santiago in a work of performance art.

A new art installation in Santiago, Chile features a cow living on a city rooftop /Terra.cl

It was kidnapped on its way to a slaughter house by a group of artists who won't reveal their names.

The cow was lifted by crane on to the top of the building in the Chilean capital, reports Las Ultimas Noticias.

It will live on the 1,500sq ft rooftop, which has been remodelled as a farm, for a week.

The cow will be cared for and milked daily during the week and afterwards the artists plan to release it on a nature reserve.

A spokesperson for the group said: "We want to question the limits of the art creation. People think art is only what is in the galleries but that is not true."

Not your everyday 'Skunk bites man' story

Skunk bites man

Every time Carol Infalt's phone rings, she's not sure if it's going to be condolences for her deceased skunk or a joke about her husband's formerly private parts.

She's been getting a lot of both since Ozzie the pet skunk paid the ultimate price for biting Dan Infalt's penis.

I think it's a Freudian typo, but in an e-mail to my newspaper Carol said, "This is when the hole disaster starts."

While the embarrassing news crackled over the emergency scanner, Dan was rushed to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital last week.

At that same moment, Department of Natural Resources warden David Walz was heading for the Infalts' Jefferson County home to take Ozzie into custody. The animal quickly was euthanized so it could be tested for rabies, which has stirred up the skunk-loving community.

At least he doesn't have rabies.

Meat Madness

Meat Madness

Okay, here's what I'm talking about. I just recently discovered this wonderful site about The Meat Cyborg. And you click on the circles to learn more about that area of the cyborg. As I was clicking on the link for the hand, I realized this is where the website Meat Gloves got its image. And I first found out about the Meat Gloves site from the owner of the original HATS of MEAT site. Which was one of the reasons I started posting content to this site in the first place. See? It's all one beautiful, meaty circle.

Not really one for vegetarians.
